A note for parents about Nationals:
Much thought and consideration has gone into selecting the best National competition for our studio. We look for professionalism of the organization, top level of talent, highly trained judges and staff as well as a schedule that accommodates all our public school systems to be out for summer vacation. After several years of competing and teaching, my staff and I agree that ADA holds a standard of excellence among dance competitions in the industry. In addition, ADA offers a full class schedule of master classes throughout the week free of charge to all competitors. The educational aspect of their Nationals is also far superior to any other competition.
ADA Nationals will be held at the Westin Diplomat Resort and Conference Center in Hollywood Florida. The closest airport is Ft. Lauderdale/Hollywood and is approx 15 minutes away. Miami international airport is also easily accessible. Some students and I have attended this hotel in the past for a dance convention. I assure you the hotel is as beautiful as its pictures and offers numerous amenities for all family members. The ADA group rate is $179/night. Reservations will be open as of November 8th by calling Celebrity Travel at 203-985-1547. We will email further details as soon as we receive a tentative schedule and more information from ADA.
