Jenrett Doucett hails from Danvers, Massachusetts where she discovered her love for dance.  As a young dancer, she trained in all areas of dance.  After receiving numerous awards as a competition dancer, she attended the University of Hartford as a dance performance major.  She has had the opportunity to perform in pieces created by Alla Nikitina, Katie Stevinson-Nollet, Amy Marshall, Ralph Perkins, and Scott Rink.  Jenrett also received the great opportunity to play the role of Lady Capulet in the Hartt School’s production of Romeo & Juliet.  In April of 2006, she premiered her first choreographic work on a main stage as part of the Hartt School’s senior dance major compositions.  She is pleased to have now joined the staff at the Liza Indiciani Studio of Dance and looks forward to passing on her love of dance.
